Onward & Upward

Wow, what a year! From Alaska to Florida, I had the chance to see new places, connect with people, and share my story. The biggest highlight for me was realizing the impossible is truly possible. I started Clever Jam Communications three years ago not knowing what to expect. I did not anticipate meeting fellow foster care alumni who were listening in the audience during my keynote speeches. I reconnected with a sibling after they recognized me at a public event; we had been separated for 18 years. I continue to be in awe of people working hard to improve the lives of children and families, no matter how tough the situation seems to be.

2019 may be gone but I want to take this time to thank everyone who has helped me to keep Clever Jam going. I feel very fortunate to do this work and could not do it by myself. I hope you all have a wonderful New Year. See you in 2020!
