WOW! What a month!
This foster care month has been such a growth experience for me. I’ve learned to be more authentic and attuned to those around me. I’m grateful for the new connections I’ve made across the nation. From foster youth, foster alumni, professionals, students, allies, and everyone else touched by the system. I especially want to thank Kenisha and Lura for sharing their stories with me. You both inspire me! Also, thank you to everyone who has read my blog. I am always grateful for your support.
